LEAP – Leisure Economic Access Policy
LEAP assists individuals and families with low incomes to access recreation programs offered by Salt Spring Island Parks and Recreation. To qualify, your combined gross household income must be at or below the Statistic Canada’s Low Income thresholds for 2012 for rural areas.
