Daffodil Point, Burgoyne Bay

Daffodil Point, Burgoyne Bay – Feb. 28, 2015

LENGTH: 3 km (approx.) there and back

TRAIL: Easy to moderate – uphill, not steep, but long and steady. Wide, even path.

OK FOR TODDLERS (longish, and uphill parts may tire them out, but wide path is great)

TRAILHEAD: Trail heads out right from the end of the Burgoyne Bay parking lot.

This trail is located in Burgoyne Bay Provincial Park. It’s a Day Use area, open from 7am to dusk.

Please keep dogs on a leash.

Trailhead located at end of parking lot.

Yeah, but seriously… no bikes.

This trail is an old road, so it’s wide and spacious, with views of the water through the trees all the way.

IMG_0731So lovely and quiet when we were there! A nice, nice walk even when the daffodils aren’t out.

NB. The trail continues beyond the point, I can’t vouch for what’s out there. Our 3km distance (estimated) is just for the trip to the point and back.
